It's wonderful to wake up to the sweet sounds of a jack-hammer at 8am...

Vast improvements have taken place with lots more on the way...

The gate house (not yet finished) is being constructed by one of our own Vista Pdb residents, Senor Sanchez. His crew is also upgrading the old gate house which will be used as a community office, opening soon..

The Vista Pdb water company is working hard to bring the new leased well online. Construction began earlier this summer (August 07) and should provide the community with the precious H2O. The land for the project has been provided for by RivieraVentures..

We now have 2 security guards who work 24 hours 7 days a week. They make the rounds from one end of PdB to the other several times dawn to dusk. The guards make every effort to get to know the homeowners and the different people visiting and working in our community. This is a new professional look for our community. Vast improvement!!

The fencing job was one of the first things done after the community land purchase. This picture has a rainbow indicating the property values have doubled the moment the encroachment issue was rectified. Nature never lies..

The fence shows the property line which was purchased by the community from our neighbor to the rear. It's not exactly a straight line but it's now Legal and has been recorded as such . This was a huge accomplishment!!

Front entrance 8/15/07.. the new fence looks kinda ugly now, but by the end of the rainy season it should be covered in vines. They grow 6 feet in a day.. no kidding.
