Starting tomorrow in the morning go to summer time it is advancing clocks an hour this with the goal of saving more energy.
Since 1996 Mexico has been practised in the change of schedule. The first Sunday in April and the last Sunday in October at 2h00 in the morning is the change of schedule. By 2008 Daylight Savings Time begins on Sunday, April 6 and ends on Sunday, October 26.
At the time taken between the first Sunday in April and last Sunday in October is called daylight saving time, while the schedule for the remainder of the year is called Winter Schedule. The setting of a time that is done in the clocks to move from one time to another occurs exactly 2h00 in the morning (this time is the time that is left) on Sunday in question. The change in schedule is made at this time to minimize potential adverse effects on society in general the effect of adjusting the clocks. In the United Mexican States changing schedule is done primarily in the Central time zone, one hour after making the change of schedule in the Pacific area, and an hour later is the change of schedule in the Northwest area .

--Resolved all boundary differences with Costa Banderas, closed on the land outside our boundaries (per surveys) on Alta Vista, as well as an interior lot.
--Fenced the community, so as to establish permanent, visible boundaries
--Hired full-time 24/7 security, positioned at our new entry at Alta Vista and Bahia , and patrolling throughout the night

Jim Scherrer - PVNN
Retirees, not young adventurers, are the largest and latest group to migrate to this fabled country in droves.
With International Living's Annual Global Retirement Index ranking Mexico as the world's top retirement haven and Conde Nast naming Vallarta the world's friendliest resort, it's no wonder that so many retirees have migrated to Puerto Vallarta.
During the past 15 years, International Living magazine has calculated its Annual Global Retirement Index; a resource intended to assist retirees and future retirees in evaluating and comparing the world's most popular retirement destinations. It is based on a number of criteria, giving various weights to each, depending on its importance to retirees. Listed below are those criteria considered with their individual weighting:
